Background

I began my technical writing career in South Africa, documenting healthcare software including medical information systems for general practitioners and laboratory information systems for pathology labs.

Since moving to Australia in 2007, I’ve worked across IT service management, construction project management, and digital media streaming platforms. My work has included user guides, controlled documentation, release updates, and support workflow documentation.
